| Circuit Training: Designed to
work on all components of athletic skill. This class is done
in a station format. Each station has different exercises and
drill that increase balance, coordination, agility, speed, power
and flexibility. There is a large focus on core stability and
strength. This is an all around great workout. |

| KB Bag: This class combines the unique Russian
system of Kettlebell training with KM Bag format
to enhance strength, speed, power, flexibility and cardiovascular
conditioning. This
is an excellent workout to increase overall body
strength. Boxing gloves or bag gloves are required. |

KM
Bag: This workout is a combination
of functional strength training, dynamic flexibility
and heavy bag work. The focus of this class is to emphasize
muscular
strength and cardiovascular endurance. You will
learn correct body alignment and how to build strength through
basic calisthenics
while refining Krav Maga technique through repetition,
drills and combinations on the heavy bag. Boxing gloves or
bag gloves
are required. |

| KO Cardio: This is a kickboxing aerobic workout
that incorporates Krav Maga combatives to music. This class is
for all levels. It is taught in such a way as to challenge the
experienced students and nurture beginners. |

| MMA Conditoning: This is a Mixed Martial Arts
Conditioning class combining combatives, cardiovascular
and strength training exercises to improve ones fighting
performance. |

| Thai Pad Workout: This is a kickboxing fitness
class using the staple of Thai Kickboxing training gear, the
Thai Pad. The class starts off with calisthenics to warm up and
stretching. Then working with a partner you will take turns kicking
and punching the Thai Pads. This is the same workout kick boxers
all over the world use to be in top condition. This is a conditioning
class only. There is no sparring. Hand wraps and boxing glove
are required. |
